Music has a way of instantly uniting a group — listening closely, responding instinctively, and feeling the moment together. Inside Estrelar Sound, a Queen West studio built for experimentation, award-winning creative strategist and DJ Sandrine Somé introduces your team to the art of DJing. Guests learn the basics of reading a room, mixing tracks, and shaping mood, before co-creating a shared playlist and stepping behind the decks themselves.

The session trades spreadsheets for soundwaves, leaving teams energized, connected, and newly attuned to rhythm, flow, and collaboration.

Sandrine Somé

Sandrine is a Toronto-based DJ and community builder and the founder of Estrelar Sound, a Parkdale hub helping DJs refine their craft in private, easy-to-book studios. Through Estrelar, she creates pathways for skill-building and mentorship; and curates nights that spotlight emerging and established selectors across house, disco, funk, and more. Her approach to DJing is focused on uplifting women, queer, and gender-diverse folks through sound and connection.

Natural Wine Breaks all the Rules

Natural wine is as much about story as taste — shaped by people, place, and philosophy. Led by Devin Lilly, natural-wine importer and the mind behind Don’t Worry Wines, this tasting introduces your team to expressive bottles rarely seen in Canada. Guests sample cult wines from producers such as Patrick Bouju and Anders Frederik Steen while exploring what makes natural wine distinct, unpredictable, and deeply personal.

The experience is relaxed, conversational, and a little unconventional — perfect for teams who appreciate curiosity, good stories, and wine with a point of view.

Devin Lilly

Devin is a Toronto-based natural wine importer and emerging winemaker whose work is defined by a singular focus: 100 percent zero-sulphur wines. His importing practice challenges conventional wine norms, prioritizing texture, volatility, energy, and individuality over polish. Through tastings, events, and community gatherings, Devin has helped shape space in Toronto for a more uncompromising approach to natural wine culture.

Celebrate Your Team in Full Bloom

Flowers don’t need to be perfect to be powerful — their beauty often lies in asymmetry and impermanence. In this hands-on workshop, florist and sculptural designer Jaime Samson guides your team through the art of floral arrangement as expression. Guests explore flowers as a medium, learning to build sculptural compositions that embrace balance, texture, and the passing nature of time.

Together, the group co-creates arrangements that are personal, expressive, and entirely unrepeatable — leaving with a renewed sense of presence and a bouquet unlike any they’ve made before.

Jaime is the founder and creative director of Asunto Studio, a Toronto-based practice blending curated clothing, media, found objects, and floral design. Her bespoke floral commissions are guided by seasonality and intuition, prioritizing care, restraint, and originality. Each arrangement unfolds in response to what is locally and ethically available, embracing subtle differences, natural movement, and the ephemeral nature of fresh materials.

A Stitch In Time

Eske is a designer and educator specialising in circular fashion, creative reuse, and community-based learning. Over the past decade, he has worked across strategy, design, and production, collaborating with global brands including Adidas, Disney, Kotn, and Nike, while also founding his own label, MAD Mfg. In 2021, he co-founded Soft Skills alongside Janelle Sookhai, a sewing and craft education platform built to make technical knowledge more accessible.

Cake decorating blends precision with play — equal parts technique, creativity, and shared delight. Led by Toronto baker Julia Gallay, founder of Gallz Provisions, this workshop introduces your team to modern cake-decorating techniques in a relaxed, collaborative setting. Guests learn core skills and creative finishing touches, working step by step to transform simple cakes into expressive, finished creations.

Julia’s thoughtful, approachable style makes the craft accessible to everyone, leaving teams focused, inspired, and on a sugar high.

Julia is the chef and founder of Gallz Provisions, a Toronto-based culinary studio and micro-bakery known for its flower-adorned layer cakes and bespoke culinary activations. Raised in a Jewish-Brazilian household, she treats baking with precision and curiosity — viewing ingredients like flour, butter, and sugar through the lens of both chemistry and craft. In addition to custom cakes, the practice supports high-impact events, installations, editorial collaborations, weddings, workshops, and branded culinary storytelling.
