The best way to understand a city is to experience it through food.

Across two days in Mexico City, guests explored Juárez, Roma, Condesa, and Coyoacán through curated food experiences. Led by local chefs and food writers, they sampled tacos, regional dishes, mezcal, and beer while hearing the stories behind each stop.

The experience culminated in a hands-on cooking competition, with teams preparing their own dishes before coming together for a lively dinner with music, drinks, and a shared sense of celebration.

Great cocktails are a delicate balance of ingredients, instinct, and technique.

This afternoon in CDMX for Philip Morris introduced guests explored Mercado de Medellín alongside bartenders from acclaimed cocktail bar Licorería Limantour, selecting fresh fruits, herbs, and spices before returning to the bar to transform their finds in a hands-on masterclass.
